A B2B marketing technology company came to us with a fragmented, hard-to-use analytics dashboard. We rebuilt it from scratch with AI-powered reporting, real-time data, and predictive analytics. Within months they were onboarding 50 new clients and scaling to $1.5M in annual revenue.

The Problem

Outdated Dashboard Design Impacting Efficiency and Decision-Making

The old dashboard presented numerous difficulties for its users, mainly due to its inefficiency and subpar design. The cluttered and fragmented display of information hindered users’ ability to quickly find the data they needed. Key performance indicators, such as clicks and click-through rate (CTR), were obscured by unnecessary complexity, rendering tracking and analysis both labor-intensive and prone to errors.

Additionally, the dashboard lacked sophisticated data visualization capabilities, which restricted the direct and efficient presentation of trends, patterns, and performance metrics. The Process

Wireframe & UI/UX Design

Once the project scope was clearly defined, we moved into the design phase, focusing on laying a strong foundation for a seamless development process and a product that would exceed user expectations. Our goal was to create a comprehensive UI design system and a robust structure that would ensure consistency and future adaptability.

  • We started by developing detailed wireframes that mapped out the dashboard layout and user flow, giving our client a clear picture of what to expect and eliminating uncertainty about the final product.

  • These wireframes were shared for feedback and approval to ensure alignment and refinement before any coding began.

  • Our design process involved meticulously crafting every screen, from the layout of key metrics to interactive charts and ad management tools.

  • We also considered edge cases, such as scenarios with no data, to make sure users would have a smooth and consistent experience.


Using Figma, we facilitated seamless collaboration, allowing our client's team to review and provide direct feedback on designs.

Development

After finalizing the UI design in November 2024, we began the development phase with a clear focus on building a scalable, efficient, and future-ready platform. Every aspect of the development process was structured to support seamless scalability, ensuring the platform could adapt and grow with user needs over the next decade. By adopting a modular approach, we established a solid framework that would accommodate future updates and enhancements without disrupting core functionalities.

To accelerate the process, we leveraged boilerplates and pre-built UI design frameworks, which not only saved valuable time but also ensured uniformity across the platform. These reusable components allowed us to focus on implementing complex features, such as real-time data processing, advanced logic, and large dataset handling. The platform was designed to deliver high performance while maintaining a user-friendly interface tailored to the client's requirements.
Throughout November and December 2024, we maintained a focus on efficiency, completing the development on time and successfully launching the platform with a well-executed "Go to Market" strategy. The launch quickly attracted early users and established the foundation for future integrations, scaling, and partnerships with key players in the B2B tech space. This milestone marked the start of an innovative solution designed to deliver value and performance for years to come.

The new platform immediately replaced hours of manual work with automated, real-time reporting. Within 90 days of launch, the results were clear:
